The conference will be hosted by the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, the University of Tokyo. The Mathematical Sciences building of the University of Tokyo is located in the Komaba campus.

A PC connected to an LCD projector will be available. Or speakers can connect their own PC to the projector. An overhead camera is also connected to the projector, with which speakers will be able to present printed or hand-written materials. Speakers may also use blackboard.
